Sister Wives Star Logan Brown is Engaged

People reports that Logan Brown, 23, son of Kody and Janelle Brown and eldest of the Brown children, is engaged to Michelle Petty. The couple has been dating for three years. Brown popped the question on a recent trip to Texas: “We were on Congress Bridge in Austin, Texas, enjoying the city. We had just finished seeing a favorite band of ours. Unfortunately, nothing in my elaborate plan had successfully gone through. So in desperation, I found the prettiest view of the Colorado river, Congress Bridge. We walked out to the middle of the bridge, and then I popped the question!”

Kardashian Korner

In a special weekend edition of Kardashian Korner, People reports that Kylie Jenner, 20, is pregnant with her first child, due in February. Jenner has been dating rapper Travis Scott, 25, for a few months after splitting from on-again off-again boyfriend of two (or more?) years Tyga in April. So at least it isn't Tyga's! A source says of Jenner and Travis Scott, "They started telling friends a few weeks ago. The family has known for quite some time. She is really excited and so is Travis!" Another source states, "It is a completely unexpected but completely amazing turn of events that she could not be more excited or thrilled about...everyone is overjoyed for her. This is the happiest she's ever been."

Oops, spoke too soon! Tyga has reportedly taken to Snapchat upon hearing the baby news to say "Hell nah thats my kid."

So I just did some math. Say the baby is due February 1st, 2018. Count back 40 weeks from February 1st, and that puts you at April 27th, 2017. Us Weekly announced that Tyga moved out of Kylie's on April 5th. People reported on April 16th that Kylie hit up Coachella with Travis Scott. So sorry Tyga, unless Kylie cheated on Travis Scott early on, you are NOT the father!

Blind Gossip Exclusive Blind Item - His Wife Has Disappeared

This lead actor has been a celebrity for more than twenty years and is still constantly in the media. Movies, TV, commercials, social media. He’s a real family guy, too, so it’s not unusual to see him in photos accompanied by one or more members of his family.

But… where has his wife been lately? She is a very beautiful woman who is definitely not camera shy. So, why is she hiding?

She’s pregnant!

Yes, again.

Just don’t expect an announcement this instant. Based on their past timing, we’re guessing this announcement will happen closer to Thanksgiving. The cooler weather should make it easy for her to stay covered up for at least six more weeks!

Betty Gilpin Talks Confidence

Glow star Betty Gilpin recently penned a guest essay for Glamour. Here is an excerpt:

"Growing up, I was a self-loathing Igor who carried the queen's books. My job was to be the sarcastic sherpa, quietly providing the farce and adoration then becoming part of the wall when cued. I don't know when it was, but at some point I realized the obvious truth that I was a hideous goblin under a bridge, that the sound of my voice was like audible feces, and the presence of my body in a room was like bringing a moose carcass to brunch. I adopted the posture that Katie Holmes had as Joey in Dawson's Creek: shoulders as high to one's ears as possible, as if I could shrug my existence away. (To this day, I legitimately blame Dawson's for my back problems.) I ate cucumbers and saltines—not because I wanted to look a certain way, but because I was so sad my appetite disappeared. It was the perfect costume; I was the smallest person in the room inside the smallest person in the room.

And then puberty was like, WA-BAM. Physically, I went from Justin Bieber to Jessica Rabbit. I gained 30 pounds of thigh, booty, and certified American jugs. And I quickly learned big boobs have the effect of announcing your presence in a room as if you're cradling Gilbert Gottfried singing the opening to the "Circle of Life." Pretty hard to disappear into the wall, which is what I'd taught myself to do before my tits grew to the size of pudding-filled manatee pups.

So in my 20s, I had to work doubly hard to disappear. The word "sorry" escaped my mouth a hundred times a day. I spent most of my time at parties trying to convince women that I hated myself, then had social hangovers about those conversations.

But then in the weirdest turn, I became an actor who auditioned to play women who say things like, "Does this look like mauve to you?!" Women who look in the mirror and see something beautiful. A nightmare for the terrified tiny person trapped beneath the blonde and boobs.

Then I booked Glow, a series about women's wrestling in the 1980s with a cast of 14 women. I panicked. I'd hoped I could skip thinking about my body as an existing thing altogether. Being an actor offers the option of thinking of your body as the gross ghost between your head and the floor made up of triceps, obliques, and nipples. Having to use this gross ghost in a functional way was not something I had ever thought about.

...The months that followed are hard to describe. Studio 54 in 1600s Salem, Massachusetts, maybe. The 14 of us put our faces in each other's armpits and crotches, grabbing the meat of each other's stomachs and thighs as we scream-danced each other to the ground. My body was listening, talking. To her body, to her body, to her body.

I saw our power in other ways too. I won’t name names, but sometimes a TV set can be a shame-and-fear obstacle course for an actress. Ten points if the sexist-gargoyle producer tries to flirt with you after you’ve gone through hair and makeup, so you don’t disgust him. Don’t make eye contact with the Philly cheesesteaks they bring out for the crew. Laugh hard at the lead male actor’s improv, then be word-perfect for your line, “Oh, you boys!” Glow was the first set I’d been on run by women. It was a magical never-never land run by type-A amazons. I saw power and care together for the first time. Seeing women possess those two things simultaneously was a huge lesson for me.

...One day during filming, I stood in a tiny glitter diaper of a costume in the middle of the ring. My body was harder from giving it protein and vegetables and treats every day so that I'd be strong enough to throw Alison Brie into the air. I was flexible from stretching every day so I could guide Marianna Palka safely to the ground. My stomach was tight because I needed to engage my core when Kimmy Gatewood swung me into a suplex. I hadn't winced at the mirror in months. I stood taller. I took up space. I was in an American flag unitard. It was November 8, 2016. Luckily, I was already learning how to push through shame and put up my fists. On January 22, in Washington, D.C., I screamed at the sky and pounded my chest in power and pride, like the mermaids taught me to."

Blind Gossip Blind Item - Playroom And Yard

This athlete/entertainer couple seems to have it all. Whenever there are breakup rumors, they respond bylaughing it off and posting loving photos of them and their kids looking like one big, good-looking, happy family.

However, all may not be as happy as it seems!

"He has been spending nights at [a teammate’s] house, and has been looking for a new place to live. During the viewings, he talks a lot about how this room would be great for a playroom, or how much the kids would love the slide in the garden. However, he never mentions her, and she never comes with him!"

That does not sound like a couple looking for a new home.

Marriage Advice from Brian Austin Green

Apparently Brian Austin Green has a podcast, aptly titled "...with Brian Austin Green." He recently spoke about his marriage to wife of seven years Megan Fox. Here's what he had to say, as reprinted by E! News:

"Marriage is hard. It's work I think for anyone. I think when you get to the point like we have where you have kids and you've been married for a while and we've been together for a long time…you just take it day by day.

I have no problem with something not working. I really hold no expectations. I try and live day by day when I can and just take it for what it is. Some people look at divorce or things not working as like a disappointment and it's not. The fact that it worked at all is a positive. We have three amazing kids. We've had and we have a great relationship. We're just taking it day by day."

Us Weekly reports that one of Foster's daughters, Erin, 35, was recently jokingly calling Katharine McPhee, 33, "Step mom" in pictures of McPhee and David Foster on Erin's Snapchat, so it looks like that might be a thing now.

Deadline reports that Riverdale star K.J. Apa, who plays Archie Andrews on the show, recently crashed his car after falling asleep at the wheel on the way home from working over 14 hours on set. Apa was not seriously injured in the crash.

We are sending a team to Vancouver to review the circumstances surrounding safety issues affecting performers on this production.”

Warner Bros. Television released a statement to Variety, stating, “The safety of the cast and crew on all of our productions is of paramount importance to the Studio. In accordance with industry standard policy, if any cast or crew member feels tired or unsafe at any time after working, the Studio will provide a taxi, a driver or a hotel room upon request. Audrina Patridge is Getting Divorced

People reports that Audrina Patridge, 32, has filed for divorce from husband Corey Bohan, 35, after 10 months of marriage. They broke up and got back together, and she really thought things would be different when they got married, but she’s realized things had to change before it got even worse, and she had to get her and her daughter out of the situation.” The couple dated on and off starting in 2008.

Blind Gossip Exclusive Blind Item - Do Not Mess With the Head Cheerleader

Nobody seems to know why this pretty female celebrity with the famous last name was excluded from the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

We know.

She was blackballed!

Why? Because two female celebrities who are MUCH more famous than her had their teams call the Victoria’s Secret people and ask that they not hire Girl 1!

All of these girls used to be friends. What happened?

Girl 1 violated girl code! She made the mistake of engaging in some PDA Girl 2’s ex-boyfriend. Uh oh.

That disloyal act angered Girl 2, who then called on her friend Girl 3 for help. Girls 2 and 3 first unfriended Girl 1… and then unbusinessed her!

The VS people desperately wanted to stay in the good graces of [Girl 2] and [Girl 3], so they gladly gave [Girl 1] the boot in the hopes that [Girl 2] or [Girl 3] will work with them some day.

Don’t mess with the head cheerleader… or her squad!

Of course this film actor needs to fight back against the charges against him. His reputation depends on it!

Know who won’t be chiming in to defend him, though? His actress ex-wife, whose star has risen much higher than his.

"She thinks that he is stupid for getting involved with girls who aren’t much older than their daughter. She is not going to let him drag her into his mess. Besides, she knows what he is really like, so she is not shocked that this happened."

That last line is particularly interesting!

Gwyneth Paltrow Speaks To The Haters Again

Gwyneth Paltrow recently sat down for an interview with The Hollywood Reporter to talk about expanding Goop and about her haters. Here's what she had to say:

Many say traditional shopping is dead, so why open a Goop brick-and-mortar store?
"I do think there are people who have formed a bond with a digital brand that's resonant for them, and they want an IRL touchpoint. We have come to that from all of our pop-up shops and seeing how our readers and shoppers like to interact with the brand and smell the perfume and try things on and be in the Goop world. And looking at models like Warby Parker and Bonobos and the "click 'n' mortar" dynamic, where someone is really connecting online but appreciating an offline experience, we're a brand that's primed to do that. I envision retail being a more dynamic experience, using the store for talks, signings, lectures and wellness activations, making it a living space where you are coming into our collective home."

The store design is very residential-feeling. Is this hinting at a move into the hospitality category? Will there be Goop spas or hotels?
"That's part of my plan. We are a few years away, but there's a big opportunity to have somewhere where people are interested in wellness or a reset, a real retreat where you can have access to Goop's doctors."

Why launch a magazine now, when print media is challenged?
"The media side provides a platform whereby we can create relevance and context for why we are selling what we're selling. For me, a magazine kid, the thought of doing a magazine with Conde Nast and being able to leverage their creative and design side and sit with Anna Wintour was so great. Hopefully, we might reach people who heard about Goop from a jade egg but don't know much about the actual content and what our values stand for."

What are the pros and cons of your celebrity now that you are a business and media mogul?
"It makes it much more difficult. For the business I'm creating, it's an obstacle I always have to overcome. For example, Reese [Witherspoon], who is a dear friend, has this quickly growing Draper James [clothing] business, and she leverages her celebrity in a great way for her brand. But for this model — where I'm trying to make Goop bigger than me and its own brand — you become inextricably linked. I'm a target in a way most entrepreneurs are not."

Blind Gossip Exclusive Blind Item - How To Destroy a Successful TV Show

Why in the world would a television network want to destroy a successful TV series?

To satisfy a network executive who doesn’t think that the show fits his vision of what the network should be!

This cable sci-fi drama has received consistently good reviews and good ratings over multiple seasons. That won’t save it.

"He wants the network to be sexier and to appeal to a younger viewership. More like Freeform. In his mind, this show just doesn’t fit with that vision. He hates [one of the executive producers], he hates the show, and he hates the high production cost. He’s cut back on promoting it to kill its numbers."

Cancelling a successful show outright would make him look really bad and cause a mutiny among fans. So he’s being stealth about it. He renewed it for another season… but took a passive-aggressive approach toward marketing the show. He throttled back promotions and upfront presentations, canceled any new promotional art, delayed the previews,  reduced the ad spending, muted the convention appearances, balked on scheduling cast interviews, etc.

Reducing the marketing should reduce the ratings. Once the season-over-season numbers come down, he can point to it as a show on the decline… and then ship it off to the cancelled show farm!

Fergie Doesn't Like to Fake It

Fergie recently sat down for an interview with People after it was announced that she has split from husband Josh Duhamel. Here's what she had to say:

“Honestly, it was just getting a little weird for us with all the romantic questions. We’re great friends, we love each other so much, and it just got to the point where it was getting a little weird. There’s no perfect time, so we just decided to do it.”

When asked whether or not the split announcement was timed so that Fergie could focus on her record release:
“You can ask him, but it was just getting a little weird to laugh through the first date questions.”

On how co-parenting is going:
“We just wanted to get adjusted in private. [And Axl’s school has helped as] we have a co-op so Josh and I would walk there several times before the school season. I get to learn from the teachers and see how he reacts in a group of friends that he knows. And I get to help out and serve them snacks and clean the dishes. We have fun, we get down and dirty and read the stories with our costumes. You get down in the sand and get dirty — I love it. I love that part of it all.”

Jake LaMotta Has Passed Away

Jake LaMotta, the world champion boxer played by Robert De Niro in the movie Raging Bull, has passed away at the age of 95 after a bout of pneumonia. The Associated Press summarized LaMotta's career as follows:

"The Bronx Bull, as he was known in his fighting days, compiled an 83-19-4 record with 30 knockouts, in a career that began in 1941 and ended in 1954.

"LaMotta fought the great Sugar Ray Robinson six times, handing Robinson the first defeat of his career and losing the middleweight title to him in a storied match.

"In the fight before he lost the title, LaMotta saved the championship in movie-script fashion against Laurent Dauthuille. Trailing badly on all three scorecards, LaMotta knocked out the challenger with 13 seconds left in the fight ...

"Renowned for his strong chin, and the punishment he could take, and dish out, LaMotta was knocked down only once — in a 1952 loss to light-heavyweight Danny Nardico — in his 106 fights."'

LaMotta is survived by his longtime partner Denise Baker and his four daughters. Read his full obituary at NPR.

It was kind of obvious from yesterday's post, but now they have made it official. People reports that Gina Torres, 48, and Laurence Fishburne, 56, have split after 14 years of marriage. Torres released the following statement:

“With heavy hearts, Laurence and I quietly separated and began the dissolution of our marriage in the early fall of last year. There are no bad guys here. Only a love story with a different ending than either one of us had expected. Happily, however, our family remains intact and we will continue to raise our daughter together with love and joy and awe. As well as raise each other up with respect and love and the continued understanding that we’re in this together, if not side by side.”

The couple share one child together, daughter Delilah Fishburne, 10. Fishburne has two children from his first marriage.

Janet Charlton Blind Item - Scientology is Losing Another Major Celebrity

Another one of the most famous female members of the church of Scientology is very quietly planning to extricate herself from the organization. She won’t discuss it now and perhaps never will, but she used to be a close friend of Leah Remini. It’s a brave thing for a celebrity to do, but this actress has been having doubts for awhile and Leah’s anti-Scientology series pushed her even farther. Longtime members have to adjust to losing most of their friends and many business associates (assistants, managers, accountants, nannies etc) so it takes a LOT of preparation. This will be a huge slap in the face of David Miscavige.

Kristen Bell Finds Her Balance

Kristen Bell is on the cover of Redbook Magazine. Here's what she had to say in her accompanying interview:

On being asked about "doing it all" and "finding balance":
"Being asked 'How do you do it?' implies that a) I am doing it, which I am not—I am doing what everybody else is doing, which is trying their best, and b) What is a balance, anyway? A balance teeter-totters. It moves, something gives and other things take, and other days it might be the opposite."

On the importance of not being perfect:
"Humans want nothing more than to be accepted, and I'm no different. That doesn't happen by presenting perfection. I believe in showing your dirty hands and your bumps and bruises and your faults, because that's what makes people feel connected—and isn't that kind of the purpose of, you know, being on Earth?"

On dealing with jerks:
"I have gotten to a happy place the last five years or so where I have so much sympathy toward people who are unhappy or jerky. Like, 'Oh, man, we have one ride here — that's how you are going to spend it? What a bummer.'"

On raising her two daughters:
"I love having girls. The truest thing in life is that girls rule, boys drool."

Tamara Tattles Exclusive Blind Item Reveal - Divorcing With Dignity

Tamara Tattles posted this Blind Item in August:

"There is more than one reality show participant who has had enough of her husband’s philandering ways. Both husband and the wife are people you would know. Wife has known about husbands cheating for a few years. He has missed major family events and seems to have little more than a passing interest in their children.

It is not a secret to anyone on the show that husband cheats, likes to drink in the local bars, and often has a little something extra in his pocket to enhance the evening. He goes missing for days at a time. His behavior has effected not only his marriage but his current business. The streets have been talking for a long time and it is becoming increasing difficult for the husband to get the financing he currently needs to bail out the latest business.

No one mentions anything about this to the wife who is also very aware of what is going on. Unlike some ladies on another reality show, those around the wife are supportive and kind to her. I am hearing that the wife has finally decided that perhaps the kids need to be away from the situation and staying together for the kids doesn’t really work when husband fails to come home at night.

My sources say that the wife is quietly filing for divorce and has already come to terms with the legal end of a marriage that ended a long time ago. She already seems happier. We feel like she is certainly better off without him."

She posted this update yesterday:

"It is not a secret to anyone on the show that husband cheats, likes to drink in the local bars, and often has a little something extra in his pocket to enhance the evening. He goes missing for days at a time. His behavior has effected not only his marriage but his current business. Well, that didn’t take long, The Gentry Bar and Restaurant that opened on March 31, 2017 is now closed. Another check on the Bravo chalkboard in the divorce column, and hopefully another check for rehab to soon follow.

We wish nothing but the best for the family, all of them to recover from this situation quickly."

So anyone who guessed JD and Elizabeth Madison, you got it right!
