TMZ reports that Russia is thirsty for a Lindsay Lohan TV interview. So thirsty, that they literally said to her, "please, send us a list of demands." Naturally, Lindz complied. Her list of demands include: a private jet, security, a 1 year Russian visa with extension, 500,000 British pounds, hair, makeup, and a manicurist on the private jet, a penthouse suite at the Ritz-Carlton, and a meeting a photo op with President Vladimir Putin. Apparently Russia's Channel 1 are taking these demands seriously, and have already met some of the demands. Who knew that Lindsay Lohan is to Russia as David Hasselhoff is to Germany?
